Introducing the HandelMeter

As the countdown gets closer to the due date (at press 6.5 weeks to go), our trips to Handel's Ice Cream shop have increased in frequency. At times Scott has sped the vehicle to get there with 3 min to closing; other times we waited in line after they turned the lights off in the shop (it is a rather popular place and until school lets out they are only open until 9pm). The staff are getting to know me by now and I continuously try new flavors. I am debating getting the pineapple sherbet next time in a Sprite float - only if it's diet though, I don't want to take in too much sugar. Or I may bring my own diet Sprite, not sure. Note at time of this initial post Scott is matching me scoop for scoop. Fortunately for me, I'll shed some of the ice cream in a few weeks with only a day and night's hard work. Scott will most likely have to work harder. Well there is that gym membership to the Y we have . . .
